Leadership
The word leadership defines an influence that is exerted on the people and that allows to encourage them to work in an enthusiastic way for a common objective. Whoever leads is known as a leader.
Leadership quality
Leadership is the role of a person who distinguishes himself from the rest and is able to make wise decisions for the group, team or organisation that precedes, inspiring the rest of the participants in that group to reach a common goal. For this reason, leadership is said to involve more than one person, who leads (the leader) and those who support them (subordinates) and allow them to develop their position efficiently.
Job of leader
The leader's job is to set a goal and get most people to want and work to achieve it. It is a fundamental element in the managers of the business world, to carry out a company or organisation, but also in other areas, such as sports (know how to lead a team to victory), education (teachers who get their students Identify with their way of thinking) and even in the family (parents or older siblings who are taken as absolute example by their children, for example).
There are different classifications of leaders, which are established based on various criteria. When a leader is chosen by an organisation, a formal leader is spoken of. Informal leaders, on the other hand, emerge naturally or spontaneously within a group.
In any case, the most widespread classification is that which refers to the link between the leader and the subjects to which he influences (ie his followers). In this case, there are democratic, authoritarian and liberal leadership
